  • TO PURCHASE A NEW GOWN:

    Choose from three ways to buy:

    2. OR Send an E-mail to info@dancesportballgowns.com,

    3. OR pay instantly through our online PayPal shopping cart.

    We require full payment for the gown plus shipping before the gown will be sent.

    Contact us within TWO DAYS after receiving the gown to let us know if you plan to keep it or return it. If we don't hear from you within two days, we will consider it sold and will process your payment.

    If the gown doesn't fit, return it immediately in the same condition. You will receive a full refund for the price of the dress, not including shipping, and minus a 5 percent restocking fee.

    If you need to alter the gown for fit, we would be happy to do the work for you. Our fee for alterations is $25 per hour, plus shipping and cost of any material.

    Gowns that have been altered to fit you, whether the work is done by DanceSport Ballgowns or a third party, cannot be returned.

    If you wish to resell a gown, we would be happy to accept it on a consignment basis.

    TO SELL A CONSIGNMENT GOWN:

    Contact us by phone or email to make arrangements.

    We accept gowns for sale that are of recent fashion and in good condition.

    If you want cash for your gown, then we charge a 30 percent consignment fee.

    If you intend to put the proceeds toward a new ready-to-wear dress or a custom dress from DanceSport Ballgowns, then we will charge a 15 percent consignment fee.

    If you intend to put the proceeds toward a consignment dress, then we will charge a 25 percent consignment fee.

    In exchange for these fees, we will photograph the dress and upload it to our Web site; handle all transactions, including payment of credit card fees; display the dress at trunk shows and competitions, which includes payment of fees to the organizers; and pack and ship the gowns to potential buyers.

    You must send us the dress so that we can keep it in stock. Once we have spent time and money marketing the dress for you, we will not release it until fees have been paid.

    If you sell the dress on your own after you have sent it to us, we will still require payment of fees.

    We reserve the right to turn away dresses that do not meet our standards of quality and fashion.
