Policies for purchasing
new ready-to-wear gowns
TO PURCHASE A NEW GOWN:
Choose from three ways to buy:
1. Phone us at (702) 869-3618 (Leave a message, and we'll call you back quickly),
2. OR Send an E-mail to info@dancesportballgowns.com,
3. OR pay instantly through our online PayPal shopping cart.
We require full payment for the gown plus shipping before the gown will be sent.
Contact us within two days after receiving the gown to let us know if you plan to keep it.
If the gown doesn't fit, return it immediately in the same condition. You will receive a full refund for the price of the dress, not including shipping.
If you need to alter the gown for fit, we would be happy to do the work for you. Our fee for alterations is $25 per hour, plus shipping and cost of any materials.
