This dress was custom-made for Miss Oakland 2005, LaTasha Seliby, to wear in the talent competition at the 2005 Miss California pageant. It's made of stretchy Lycra fabric with a cheetah print in shades of gold, rust and black, with metalic gold accents. A folded strip of red Lycra snakes from the right front shoulder around the left side to the right back hip, and is anchored in place at both ends with metalic gold lace medalions. The fringe has been hand-painted to match the dress colors, and is attached in individual strands around the lower portion of the dress. Bright red fringe dangles from the medalions.

Sparkle is provided by Swarovski rhinestones in topaz, jet and light siam. The stones are scattered all over the dress, and also attached to some of the long strands of fringe.

Matching armbands, earrings and necklace were included.
