Ribbons 'n Bows:
This fun and flirty dress was made for a tango exhibition. Black fishnet covers an otherwise bare midriff, while the swingy skirt features a high slit on the left side, and a curly strip of fabric hanging down the right side. Lots of red ribbons tied with tiny bows provide whimsy and movement.
