This soft, stretchy gown is light as a feather. The stretchy bodice features a high neck and large back opening. It's studded all over with crystal rhinestones. The skirt is made of three layers of chiffon with wired hems. The elbow-length sleeves are made of sheer stretech mesh. A long chiffon float drops from the back neck opening. It can be easily removed, so the dress is useful for either International Standard or American Smooth dancing.
