Flourescent Tango:

This opulent dress has a simple princess styling, with a sweetheart neckline and long sleeves of flesh-toned mesh. The entire neckline, front and back, is decorated with flower petals made of lace painted to match the dress. More petals decorate the sleeves and choker. Seventy gross of crystal and AB rhinestones cover the petals and cascade down the bodice. It was worn only three times.
